• You can check that appointment in All Appointments section by clicking on the rightside menu. You will have the Following screen where you can see all your appointments by their status.

  • By Default the appointment saved the status of that appointment will be Telephonic Talk. You can change the status of the appointment by clicking on that appointment you will have the Following screen where you change the status as well as can generate a new remainder also.

  • All the conversation entered by you on this appointment will be shown in below, administartor remarks on this appointment also will be displayed with Admin Tag.

  • After clicking on Remainders you will see all previous remainders of that appointment. and can generate a new remainder, say you want to set remainder of this appointment after 7 days meeting with him at 2 p.m. then check box generate remainder will be clicked, select date after 7 days and insert remainder details as meet the client on 2 p.m. select status as Next Visit, so this appointment will be in Next Visit Section, and Press Submit. The remainder will be shown on your home page where you will reach each time after login.
